Healthy Mind, Healthy Body

For the longest time I wanted to be fit, and yes I told myself I wanted to be healthy too, but deep down I just wanted to be fit. Over the past year I have seen dramatic change. I lost 40 pounds only to gain it back. I gained muscle strength, but my leg hasn't fully healed since I broke it a year and half ago. I let my emotions get best of me. I am unhappy. The truth is the pursuit of fitness does not always bring happiness. So I am starting a new journey. As cliche as it sounds, I want to be healthy more than fit. I want to think healthy, eat healthy, run healthy, lift healthy, sleep healthy, and live healthy.
